Default Yet another NcSoft Blunder?

Hi all and sorry if it has already come up.

I was just trying to reset one of my master accounts' password (i created two by mistake) and it just wouldn't accept my security question's answer even though it's something I just CAN'T forget (like wheter I'm male or female) but just wouldn't do.

So I did as the site told me and contacted support. I filled in a Ask a Question form and hit enter...
Then something odd happens. I'm led to a create account page instead of a confirm-question-like page. At this point I'm just too tired and annoyed to even bother to understand so I'm just posting this before I doze off .

Is it my mistake or does NcSoft need a web designer that badly?

Had a similar problem. My security question wouldn't work either, and I am 101% sure it was correct since it's been with me since I was 8. Anyways, my other thread shows what happened when I contacted them for help.

You have to type it in exactly as you did...

My one was seemingly simple, but it took me ~15 attempts to get it right. ~15 emails listing my IP Address is not what an irate Kevin wants to get.

List all the possible synonyms and misspellings if you can't be bothered to fish out your keys for support.

Had something similar happen to me with the security question a few months ago. I did finally get through to support and explain what happened. It eventually was resolved. The Ncsoft site is a maze of frustration, so I understand where you're coming from. That said, there's nothing anyone here can do in terms of fixing this, you will need to contact support.
